What we collect
Account data you give us (name, email, billing details), the identifiers needed to run your line (number, eSIM profile, device type) and network records such as call and data volumes required for billing and by telecom law.
How we use it
To provide the service, bill you correctly, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations in the countries where we operate. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
Partner networks that carry your traffic, our payment processor, and authorities where a valid legal request applies. All processors are bound by data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Account data for the life of the account plus the statutory retention period. Network records are retained for the minimum period required by local telecom regulation, typically 6 to 12 months.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Write to privacy@mytel.app and we will respond within 30 days.
