Terms of service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. The service

MyTel provides a mobile number and connectivity delivered over an eSIM profile using partner networks. Availability depends on your device supporting eSIM and on partner coverage in your location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. Some countries require identity verification before a number can be activated.

3. Fair use

Plans are intended for personal or business communication. Bulk messaging, SIM boxing, call termination arbitrage and permanent roaming outside your primary region may lead to throttling or suspension.

4. Billing and cancellation

Plans renew monthly on the activation date. Add-ons and out-of-bundle usage are charged in the following invoice. You can cancel any time from the app; service runs until the end of the paid period and unused allowances do not carry over unless stated.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Partner network outages, regulatory changes and force majeure may temporarily affect the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event. MyTel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email and in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
